Regarding the issue with the dash cam: If the device cannot display the screen and cannot record data, you can temporarily stop recording by pressing the confirm button, and then restart it by pressing the restart button. Other potential causes of the malfunction include insufficient speed of the power cord and memory card, as well as the use of non original accessories. Recommend using genuine accessories.

Regarding the issue with the components of the dash cam: Do not change the power cord, rear lens, or other accessories to prevent overheating and other abnormal situations. It is recommended to use the original power supply.

If the field of view of the dash cam is not clear, please check if the lens cover has been removed or if there are fingerprints. Wipe the lens with a tissue to clean it.

If there are blurry scratches on the screen, please check if the screen protector has been removed.
